Domestic Shipping Costs
Shipping and handling charges listed below apply to the Continental United States only. All shipments within the Continental United States will be shipped via UPS or Fed Ex per Glass & Powder Boardshop. Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping charges based on the weight and dimensions of the packages.
Glass & Powder Boardshop reserves the right to limit quantities and or charge actual shipping charges on bulk orders and shipments over 20 pounds.
Most shipments within the Continental United States will incur transit times of 3 to 7 business days by means of ground shipping via UPS or Fed Ex. Business days in transit from: Richmond, VA 23221.
APO/FPO orders will be shipped via US Postal service and may incur one extra day of shipping time. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes, please use a physical address for all purchases. Invalid or incorrect addresses are subject to an additional fee of $10.00 that will be charged to the credit card upon notification from the shipping company. Heavy or oversized orders may incur additional shipping costs.
Orders placed by 1:00PM E.S.T. will most likely be shipped within the same business day unless the order is placed during a holiday or weekend day. If the order is placed during a holiday or weekend day, the order will be shipped the next business day. In the unfortunate event that a product is out of stock you will be contacted via email or phone within 24 hours.
No refunds will be honored for shipping costs, unless Glass & Powder Boardshop is responsible for a shipping error.

Express Shipping Upgrade
Glass & Powder Boardshop offers several shipping upgrades on in stock product. Shipping upgrades are available M-F, business days only. Shipping upgrades do not apply to orders placed on holidays or weekends and may be affected by weather conditions. Refunds will not be offered on shipping upgrades unless Glass & Powder Boardshop is responsible for a shipping error.
Some items may not be available for shipping upgrades per UPS or Fed Ex shipping regulations.

Order Tracking
All orders that have a valid email address will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will provide a tracking number per the shipper. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your account profile for an error in your email address. International Shipping
ALL international orders must submit an email inquiry requesting a shipping quote prior to submitting Paypal payment. Glass & Powder Boardshop offers discounted and insured international shipping options. Please email info@glassandpowder.com for an international shipping quote. Please include a list of items you wish to purchase, your complete shipping address, country and postal code.
Glass & Powder Boardshop is not responsible for any customs, fees, taxes or duties assessed by your country.
WARRANTY
All products purchased from Glass & Powder Boardshop have a manufacturer's
warranty. Each manufacturer offers a warranty against manufacturer's
defect. Please inquire about specific manufacturer's warranty limitations
and procedures by emailing info@glassandpowder.com.
Special circumstances do arise from time to time in the event that a
manufacturer is no longer in business. Glass & Powder Boardshop will review
any such warranty claim and provide a solution at our discretion.
All warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser. Please email
info@glassandpowder.com regarding any warranty issues or inquiries.
RETUNS AND EXCHANGES
Glass & Powder Boardshop allows in store and on-line returns and exchanges
as follows:
- Credit card returns must be arranged within 7 days of receipt of
goods.
- Returns for exchange or store credit must be made within 30 days
of receipt of goods.
- Any product returned for credit, exchange or store credit must be
accompanied by original receipt and must be in original sellable condition
with tags attached.

Authorization number (put on all returned packages)
- No refunds or exchanges will be honored without a valid Return
Authorization number.
- Send the unused product back insured for the full value to:

- Please ship all returns via UPS or FedEx to insure that the
package/packages are traceable.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Upon inspection of returned product, Glass & Powder Boardshop, at
its discretion, will issue a full or partial refund to the credit card used
for the purchase less the original shipping charges. All returned items that
were shipped with the free shipping promotion will be credited less the
actual shipping costs.
- Customer pays price difference and new shipping costs on
exchanged merchandise.
- Sorry, no returns or exchanges on sale items or discounted
items.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Any refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee and credited less
the original shipping costs.
SHIPPING ERRORS
We make every effort to process each transaction with 100% accuracy.
Unfortunately, human errors do occur and we apologize in advance if any of
these unforeseen human errors affect your transaction. Please report any
errors immediately via email or telephone. We will promptly remedy the
situation. Any shipping charges incurred due to errors made on our end will
be paid by Glass & Powder Boardshop.
LOST/MISSING SHIPMENTS
Lost or missing shipments must be reported to Glass & Powder Boardshop
within 5 business days of the expected delivery date. If the shipping
company used shows the lost or missing package as delivered, you will need
to sign an affidavit attesting that the package was indeed not received by
you. Any unreported lost or missing shipments are the responsibility of
the customer. Glass & Powder Boardshop will not assume liability for
unreported missing or lost shipments.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping please call or
e-mail us immediately. It is important that you DO NOT discard packaging.
The shipping company will pick up the damaged package and the original
packaging for inspection. Glass & Powder Boardshop will send out a
replacement when the damaged item is received and inspected at our
warehouse. All damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of
receipt of goods. Any claims reported after 5 business days are subject to
denial.
